The place was fairly clean and ideal. Patient and responsive staff with good service. food. - Perfect location, a short walk to the " executive tower " and downtown Victoria.

A guest set off an emergency alarm in the middle of the night - took the staff too long to locate/disable the alarm. Since we were leaving that morning, did not get much sleep that night. I found that using Booked.net did not allow me to use my CAA discount nor my BC Ferries discount.

Beautifully decorated rooms with a helpful front desk available 24/7 and modern walk-in showers.

Loved the continental breakfast -- saved a bundle on meals staying there. Price was good esp . that we booked it online.

We had a wheelchair room but it really wasnt w/c friendly. Still too small to get the chair into the bathroom and we need a wheel in shower so we still had to lift our daughter in and out of the tub. We had difficulty moving the w/c around the room at all but we did need the two double beds .

They gave me well laid out room with an updated tub as well as fridge. Location: the hotel was next to the liquor store next door, a mall, Uptown Shopping Centre, and restaurants and outskirts of Victoria.

The breakfast here was great with juice and ham, and the staff were very helpful; the room was spacious with a sofa bed, central heating, and an iron.

Room was roomy with great shower and comfortable bed.

The free breakfast could be improved with a few more hot choices. The plastic cutlery is just awful.

We loved the spacious and nicely arranged rooms, the fantastic central location, and the impressive views.

Comfy bed. Clean after each return. Large room. Complementary breakfast is always good!

Customer service of a front desk agent was poor.

Good location on outskirts of Victoria 30minutes walk into town but also situated on main route out of town. Several places to eat within walking distance and food at restaurant onsite was good.

There was a fitness suite but a pool would have been a good addition.

Cozy rooms with a kitchenette made our Victoria Day weekend just awesome. Everything was perfect and made our stay truly memorable 😊.

The pillows were very comfortable and the location is right bedside yhe dollar store and mall. Check-out time was very fast. Love the microwave and fridge...the free breakfast is a great perk but I had to leave before 6:30. I like that it is pet friendly also.

I kept hearing noises that sounded like drums beating ...I think it was the air conditioner. Movies at $17.99 are way too costly. The cleanliness was good except for a hair in the tub. The check-in time wait was long ...about 15 minutes and I was next in line.

Complimentary parking and breakfast were nice.

Over priced for location.
